Gander & Ryegrass is a contemporary Italian fine dining restaurant located in the Liberty Building, next door to Auntie’s Bookstore, in downtown Spokane, serving lunch and dinner with full à la carte and tasting menu options.

Our ever-evolving, seasonal menu is crafted from raw ingredients with care and intention. House-baked bread and handmade pasta are at the heart of what we do, alongside whole-animal butchery and a deep respect for minimizing waste. There's always a steak on the menu—and it's always worth ordering.
