Sous Chef

Jeff spent his formative years in Las Vegas before moving to Spokane at 18. His introduction to the food world began at Taco Bell while he was still in high school, but his first full-service restaurant kitchen was at The Onion on North Division.

Over the years, Jeff worked in a variety of kitchens throughout Spokane and Seattle, eventually landing at Wooden City, where he spent several years as their AM Sous Chef. What draws him to cooking is the endless opportunity to learn and create—there’s always another technique to explore, another flavor combination to discover, and another way to approach a dish.

We’re excited to have Jeff leading our lunch program. His passion, experience, and attention to detail continue to elevate what we do, and lunch just keeps getting better and better.
