Born and raised in Orange County, California. Culinary and Pastry Graduate from Co-Lab based in Santa Ana alongside with an avid career growth majority in back of house with a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and a minor part in bartending at a boutique hotel. Helped multiple chefs open restaurants large and small to even a boutique hotel. Trained from a young age to have a unique flavor palate. My go to pick me up will always be an espresso, as long as it’s not decaf.
