I’m from the Big Horn Mountain Valley in Beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming. I’ve worked in kitchens in Denver, Colorado and Wyoming for the good portion of the past 18 years.
I really enjoy the craft and skill that goes into the food at Gander and Ryegrass. I love feeling confident and proud in the cuisine I’m a part of.
My main past time is music. I’m a guitarist, singer, and songwriter. My wife just moved out here, we look forward to acquainting ourselves with the area.
