Shaun Ratty

Shaun grew up in Wyoming but landed in Spokane in 2017. He was hired in 2020 as a sous chef and worked for us for two and a half years. He left to open another restaurant and when it was time to move on we invited him back to manage our whole kitchen operation. Shaun has an endless supply of creativity and is one of the highest volume cooks I have ever met. It is an honor to have him running the kitchen and writing the menus!
