Originally hailing from Montana, Stephen got his start in restaurants in NYC while pursuing a career in music production. After transitioning fully to hospitality, he fell in love with the bar and creativity it offers.

Since coming to Spokane, he has put original creations on menus at Sorella and The Volstead Act. When he's not slinging drinks, he's curled up with his cat, Leonard, and a good book.
